Our company mainly adopts resin sand shaping technology and precision casting technology of Si-sol to produce castings with different materials, such as WCB, LCB, LCC, C5, WC6, WC9, WC1, C12, CF8, CF3, CF8M, CF3M, CF8C, 2520, ZG15crMo, ZG1cr5Mo, ZG12cr1MoV, ZG20crMoV, duplex phase stainless steel, etc. In accordance with ISO9001 quality system, basing on strengthening precaution, our company possesses advanced detection equipments, including SHIMADZU spectrometer, universal tensile testing machine, pendulum impact testing machine, contact smelting thermometer, ultrasonic thickness meter, etc., and can make effective chemical analysis and mechanical testing to guarantee the quality
Our company provides different materials of high-pressure valves, pumps, ship pieces and engineering machinery castings. Our products are mainly sold into domestic petrochemical, chemical, electric power, metallurgical and medical industries, etc. and are exported into occident, Japan, etc.
